I requested a verification code but did not receive it. What could be the issue?
Ensuring swift delivery of verification codes to your inbox is our priority, typically taking only seconds. However, it's possible that, due to your permission settings, these emails may inadvertently end up in your Spam or Junk folders. To prevent this, kindly adjust your email settings to designate emails from Fliplet - support@fliplet.com (our service provider) to be delivered directly to your primary inbox
If, after checking your SPAM/Junk folders, you confirm that the emails are not there, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for further assistance. We are committed to promptly investigating the matter and working towards a resolution to ensure your seamless experience.

What is included in the paid service?
Within the paid service you gain access to our tracker and repository. The tracker provides you with line by line details of recent updates across the UK, EU and US sanction regimes. The tracker gives you the ability to also add your own notes to each record indicating who is responsible within your company, what steps are to be taken and any key dates which need to be logged. The repository is a documents store for documents relating to both the tracker and also as a stand-alone feature.
I have requested access to the paid service, what is next?
Once you have completed a registration form for the subscription service, this will be submitted to our team. The form will then be reviewed and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the costs of the tool and to gather user access details.
Once we have carried out all of our preliminary checks you will be granted access to the subscription service for a one month trial period. During this period you will be contacted to complete a Record of Instruction (an “ROI”) in order to fully onboard you onto the tool.
I am not currently an Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP client, can I still access the tool?
Yes, if you require access to the paid subscription service and you are not currently an Eversheds Sutherland client you will need to be onboarded via our standard onboarding process. One of our team will be in touch with regards to the information needed in order to complete this process.
If I have an issue with the tool, who do I contact?
You can log a report of any issues directly in the tool using the Report an issue feature (found on the dropdown at the left-hand side of the screen). Alternatively you can contact SanctionsQueries@eversheds-sutherland.com and a member of the team will be in touch to provide assistance.
How many users can I have on the tool?
As a part of the subscription service, you can have up to 20 users from your organisation with access to the tool. This includes both general users and admin users
How do I add users?
If you are an admin user within your organisation you can add new users to the tool via the Organisational Menu (found on the Home Page). From this menu you can select the My Organisation option which will display the general details of your organisation along with a list of the current users. Clicking the plus icon at the bottom of the list will allow you to add further users (as long as the total users remains within the 20 user limit).
